Having worked with export control rules and compliance for quite a few years, studying government websites, reviewing legislation, and reading relevant news have resulted in knowledge, numerous notes, and ideas of which I now choose to publish bits and pieces as opposed to simply leave these to grow dust in a folder.

Is it possible to obtain a username and password for the secure site?
Yes, however the secure site does not contain any structured information ready for release. At present, everything is published in the open to create public awareness about export control rules – and possible initiate a debate with other individuals – or professionals – interested in export control and compliance.

Do I reply if you use the contact form?
Yes, I certainly do but it may not happen the same day, as I may not have time to dedicate to my personal blog every day.

Is all information on these pages correct and updated?
In my personal opinion, the information is correct and updated but export control legislation is updated frequently, so I clearly advice you to consult relevant government or industry information sources if you are in doubt.

I would like to use Export Control & Compliance DK – ECCDK – as basic training for my personnel – can you produce a customized quiz?
Yes under certain circumstances this is possible but you will need to allow me to display your logo along with a link to your company in addition to contributing parts of the information for the quiz. Please contact me if you are interested.
